Sankofa Vision is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering wellness, education, and community development in Ghana and beyond. Inspired by the personal journey of our founding member, Augustine “Augie” Boadi, we are committed to giving back and building a sustainable future for underserved communities in Ghana and beyond. We believe in the transformative power of intentional, positive change.

We are on a mission to provide clean water, education and other sustainable resources to those in need. Our work to instill long lasting change in Ghana and beyond is at the heart of everything we do.
OUR FIRST PROJECT
During the creation of this video Augustine played at BC, since he has moved to Bryant and is doing well.
In July 2024, the Sankofa Team traveled to Ghana to witness the completion of their first-ever project—a borehole providing a clean, renewable water source to a small village. Adankwame. This milestone marks just the beginning, as the Sankofa Team is committed to executing many more borehole and other projects throughout the summer of 2025 and in the years to come.
This vital work has been made possible through the generous donations of our supporters and our ongoing fundraising efforts.
OUR LEGACY
With each project we complete, we leave a lasting imprint of our mission. In the town where our first borehole was built, we created a mural (pictured to the left) symbolizing the friendship between two nations. This artwork represents our greater vision—to unite communities across the world for the betterment of humanity.
